Video Programm help needed

Well I am running also a Metal channel on Youtube.
And I need suggestions in which programm i could use
for making videos. Windows Movie Maker has no function to change the sound and stuff
And I want to upload HD Videos soon. So please guys help me.

Well i workedon it last year. And it has the Timeline like WMM and you can change the output quality of the audio + the video. in WMM its present shit, which also wont work with HD resolution.
